1:1 In person training sessions done at fitness at five

In person personal training sessions are done in person at Fitness at five in Athens GA. You do not need to be a member at the gym to do personal training sessions. (Many client’s decide to join)

 

We take the stress out of understanding how and what to do to reach your goals! We also take pride in not only giving you a plan but teaching you all the skills and knowledge you will need a long the way.
